Know Before You Go

Pilgrims are registered on a first come, first served basis. Register early to guarantee your place.

A Registration form must be filled out completely and separately for EACH pilgrim.

The full payment is due 90 days prior to departure and is non-refundable.

Each Pilgrim is responsible for:

A valid passport & Israeli visa (Canadians are exempt from visa requirements)
Travel/medical insurance
Your own transportation to and from Tel Aviv (TLV)

Once your Registration & Deposit is received, we will send you the password to access the Pilgrims Travel Area. This part of the website offers helpful tips, what to bring, reading list, your daily pack plus the 2 required documents that must be filled out and returned to us 60 days before your Departure Date.

Making Travel Arrangements

Booking Flights

In order to make a trip viable, we require a minimum of 25 Pilgrims to join us.

Therefore, after you have Registered and paid your Deposit, we request that you wait to hear from us before you proceed to book your flight and make other travel arrangements.

When you receive the “go ahead” from us by email, then you may purchase both your airline tickets to Tel Aviv and your travel insurance.

Our Prices Do Not Include

Airfare to and from Tel Aviv, Israel
Traveler’s Insurance (Insuring Agent & Policy Number must be shown on the Waiver, Release and Indemnity agreement 60 days prior to departure date. This form can be downloaded in the Pilgrim Login area after Registration is completed and Deposits are received. If you elect not to purchase Traveler’s Insurance, you must indicate that clearly on the form.
The cost of Single Room Accommodation, if you prefer a single room, is US$1,000.
